First of we like to explain that Automatic Choice Europe is not responsible for any repair/maintenance made on the double clutch. Being a reseller, Automatic Choice Europe is not able to properly judge on diagnose and specific needs for repair.
Having said that, the MPS6 Repair kit (MPS6.REP01) covers the springs and retainers inside the clutch which can be useful when rebuilding a clutch. Be aware and carefully check whether the drum is repairable. If you have any doubts, we advise you to renew the complete drum to prevent further issues.
Warranty claims based on these repairs are not covered. Responsibility on the repair always lies at the workshop. The springs and retainers in this repair kit are within factory specifications. When there are reasonable doubts on the quality, we only cover by replacing the springs and retainers.
