The solenoids with closed coil have been improved and upgraded to open coil solenoids, mainly for better heat dissipation, to avoid circuit damage caused by overheating of the coil.
Solenoids with closed coil can be exchanged with open coil solenoid. But never exchange an open coil solenoid with a closed coil solenoid!

Also it may be that in some cases the connector on the valve-body may differ from what you as a customer have, if this is the case you will need the JF015E.ELE05 case-connector which goes on the white connector. LATE STYLE
